After your discovery session, your proposal will be prepared outlining the recommended package, production scope, and creative direction. To secure your session date, complete the steps below.
Review Proposal
Confirm your selected tier, production time, and final image deliverables.
Sign Agreement
Approve the production agreement to move forward with scheduling and prep.
Pay Retainer
Your date is reserved once the retainer invoice is completed.
Submit Shoot Details
Wardrobe notes, location access, and intended usage goals.
Receive Final Shoot Plan
Shot list, timeline, and scene flow to ensure an efficient session.
Upload Your Files
Use the uploader below to send everything needed for your project. Please label files clearly (Name_Project_Date).
- Upload high-resolution files only (no screenshots).
- Combine multiple files into a ZIP if needed.
- Name files: FirstLast_Project_YYYYMMDD
- Include any brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) if applicable.
- If you have links (Drive/Dropbox), paste them in the uploader notes.
- Photos / Raw footage / Existing content
- Brand kit (logo + colors + fonts)
- Reference examples / inspiration
- Copy/text (names, dates, captions, flyer text, etc.)
